Message Look at the thread. How many posts defending it do you see? You're clearly an educated guy so I don't understand the need to convince people. I'd have given up on these guys long ago ;) Do you really want to see a legion of these jokers putting them on Z cars? Most installed like shit, headlights letting in moisture, etc. Do you think even ONE person would buy it for the so-called "purpose" you claim? Let's be real.

If someone came onto the forum today and asked about putting a $1,000 brake kit on their car that performed the exact same way as a $40 pad upgrade, we'd chastize the shit out of him and rightfully so, right? Okay...so they serve a purpose, but not an even close to significant one. While stock we don't have DRLs, they can be had for free if you get in and wire it. It takes two and a half minutes if you have 10 fingers and working hands. Or you can spend $400 and "look cool" and claim it "serves a purpose".

That's all I'm saying and I think we DO agree on that.
